Ingredients for a steamed moist chocolate cake diy :

4 pcs of eggs gred A+
1 cup of milk
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of cooking oil / margarine melted / vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour or cake flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup ofcocoa powder
1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method and direction to prepare a moist chocolate cake.

1. Combine and boil sugar, milk, oil and condensed milk in a pot and stir on low heat without let it boil to the maximum.

2. Sift the flour with baking soda, cocoa powder and baking powder.

3. Then beat the eggs until it become pluffy and then add the vanilla extract into mixture.

4. Slowly bit by bit add all the eggs and mixture 1 into the sifted flour and blend it all together.

5. Then pour the mixture into your baking pan.

6. Prepare the steamer early and make sure the water is boiling before you put in the cake.

7. Steam the cake for about 60min-70min.

Methods of preparation of chocolate cake topping:

1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons butter

All the ingredients are mixed in a pan or pot and stir gently until dissolved. Cool before pouring over the cake.
